Property is Melisa’s first passion. Her love for Real Estate saw her purchase her first Investment as a First Home Buyer at the age of 19. Jump to today and she has completed her own subdivision, is currently negotiating on a mini development and is excited to continue her investing journey well into the future. 

Melisa’s professional journey in Real Estate started as a Personal Assistant to a Buyers Agent at Raine & Horne, Terrigal. It was there she realised her passion for the industry and quickly transitioned into a role as a Sales Agent. During this time she learned she wanted to expand her knowledge within the Building Sector and soon, accepted a role with Meticon specialising in Knock-Down-Rebuild and Turn-key House and Land Packages. Here she primarily helped First Home Buyers and Property Investors to find the right properties inline with their personal goals.

Melisa loves spending time outdoors, travelling, learning about different cultures and meeting new people. She’s an early riser, enjoys running and training and is a big fan of David Goggins and his motto’s ”To Own Your Day” and “Extreme Accountability”. Melisa believes in investing in personal development and education to be able to operate at her highest self for clients, family and friends.
