I have attached my deposit receipt as proof of payment.

I understand that this Expression of Interest together with my holding deposit payment will secure my interest in a proposed National Disability Insurance Scheme ( NDIS ) house and land project yet to be determined by Positive Real Estate.

No contractual obligation whatsoever shall arise from the EOI process unless and until a formal land and separate construction contract are entered into by me.

Positive Real Estate does not provide advice on investments. All interested parties must rely on their own research before making any investment decisions and should seek independant advice from a qualified Financial Planner, accountant or other similar professional.

Positive Real Estate reserves the right to not proceed with this project at which time the attached holding deposit will be refunded in full. Should the Investor choose not to proceed with this EOI then the holding deposit is refundable at call.

Positive Real Estate reserves its right to reject or accept this EOI at its sole discretion.
