Caroline Bounds is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping others achieve financial freedom through property investment. With a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tasmania and certifications in Counselling and Community Education, she brings a strong foundation in communication skills and practical knowledge to her role. Over the past two decades, she has supported families and individuals in various capacities, including as a Breastfeeding Counsellor and Community Educator with the Australian Breastfeeding Association.

She has gained valuable experience working in special needs education, medical, and legal administration, combining her passion for helping others with a commitment to ongoing education and best practices. Her love for property investing has led her to build a diverse portfolio, including three properties in Brisbane and two in Melbourne, with plans to build her principal residence in Tasmania.

Her investment journey is marked by successes, such as her standout purchase in Brisbane’s Trellis by Aria. She believes in taking calculated steps, trusting her instincts, and recognizing when something seems too good to be true.
Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys travelling, particularly to visit her son overseas, exploring live music and musicals in Sydney, and spending time with family and friends. An avid reader with eclectic tastes, she also keeps active through walking her dog, Oscar, swimming, and experimenting with yoga.
