She is deeply invested in property and stock market investing, focusing on leveraging her finances for a more secure and ​p​prosperous future.

She owns three properties located in the ACT, ​Gold Coast (QLD) and ​Melbourne (VIC). Her most successful investment​, ​at the time of writing, has been a four-bedroom property ​in the Gold Coast which appreciated by ​over $300,000 in less than two years. This allowed her to extract equity twice to fund​ deposits on further ​investment​ properties.

Courtney’s journey hasn’t been without its challenges. She reflects that not starting sooner ​and listening to other people’s fears and hesitations was her biggest setback, attributing the delay​ in investing to a lack of knowledge and​ lack of a support​ive team. This experience taught her the importance of building a knowledgeable team early on​ and then taking action.
