Growing up in NZ in what some may call an “economically average family” (single income family), I knew that education would be the key to ensuring I was at least half successful in property investing.
Bought 1st property 13 years ago ($283,500 now $650,000) as wanted stability and security for new family(having a daughter). I wish I had been able to take action sooner and although I was an active study, I know that if I had an active Coach I would have definitely started earlier.
Using some key strategies I have grown my property portfolio to a total of 6 properties in total(plus 1 block of land on Mars)ensuring my retirement is not reliant on the few crumbs that the government may throw around.
