Meet Courtney Sigudu, a dedicated Property Investment Adviser committed to helping individuals achieve financial freedom through smart property investments. Courtney is currently completing her Cert IV in finance, enhancing her expertise to better guide her clients toward securing their financial futures. 

Courtney brings a broad perspective and a deep understanding of diverse lifestyles and investment opportunities. Her professional interests lie in overcoming mental barriers and identifying blind spots, which are crucial for making informed investment decisions. She is deeply invested in property and stock market investing, focusing on leveraging her finances for a more secure and manageable future. 

She owns three properties located in the ACT, Gold Coast, and Casa Tranquilla in VIC, which is set to complete in Q2 2026. Her most successful investment was a four-bedroom property on the Gold Coast purchased in 2022, which appreciated by $300,000 in less than two years. This allowed her to extract equity twice to fund further investments. 

However, Courtney’s journey hasn’t been without its challenges. She reflects that not starting sooner was her biggest setback, attributing the delay to a lack of knowledge and support. This experience taught her the importance of building a knowledgeable team early on. 

She is passionate about fostering personal relationships, practicing mindfulness, and maintaining physical health to support mental well-being. With her guidance, Courtney aims to empower her clients to take decisive actions towards their investment goals and enjoy a prosperous life.
