Jarred has over 20 years of property investment experience. He started his investment journey at age 21, buying a 3 bedroom house for $172,500 – that same property is now worth $650,000. By age 33, Jarred owned his own home outright and has since grown his investment portfolio to 5 properties strong (soon to be 6) diversified across 3 states, 3 property types and multiple lenders.<\/span><\/p>\n

He has done all this whilst also travelling around the world, finding the love of his life, raising two kids, and playing, coaching and volunteering at his beloved local soccer club of which he is also a life member. Jarred is living proof that you can be a busy family man and achieve great financial success along the way! Jarred and his wife are now in a position to retire in their 50’s, and are also creating a legacy for their two children.

Working alongside Positive Real Estate for over 6 years, Jarred began first as a mentoring client, then as an ambassador. After gaining his Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Jarred saw an opportunity to partner with Positive. Having spent years working in leadership roles in warehousing and logistics, Jarred knew there was a greater calling for himself, and joined the team as a Property Investment Adviser. He is now able to mix his two greatest passions in life; helping people and property investing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jarred is passionate about keeping his clients on track, especially when they get distracted and need a reminder on WHY they are building their real estate portfolio. It is important for him to see his clients build financial security for themselves, so that they can sleep well at night and enjoy the prospect of early retirement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jarred wished he could have had access to an experienced mentor to provide guidance and advice when he started investing over 20 years ago.
