Master Grid

A master grid graphic has been derived from the brandmark that can be applied to all Positive Real Estate collateral.

The intent is to use the grid as a ‘visual link’ to anchor all communication items back to the brandmark.

Transparency

When using a black grid on a light coloured background the grid must have a transparency of approximately 10% – 15%. When using a white grid on a dark or coloured background the grid must have a transparency of approximately 20% – 30%.

Or match the opacity visually if required.

Scaling

The grid has can be applied to any size or format. It is based on an A4 format in both vertical and horizontal orientations. When applying to sizes other than A4 the grid must be scaled to fit.

Correct Use

The grid should only be used to create a subtle pattern or texture over a colour or image.

Incorrect Use

Do not use the grid at 100% opacity (or similar).

Do not modify the grid line weights.
