Fadi’s mindset around property investing is simple: success leaves clues. One of his own recent investments in Armadale, Perth achieved 18% growth in its first year reinforcing his belief in buying well in the right markets rather than simply following the crowd.
With a Bachelor of International Business and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Fadi combines formal qualifications with hands-on market experience. He helps investors identify opportunities through strong market fundamentals, strategic negotiation and proven investment principles, giving them greater confidence in the decisions they make.
Fadi is passionate about learning, helping others and continually developing his skills. Outside of property, he is a qualified mindfulness meditation instructor and enjoys running, hiking, camping, travelling and salsa dancing.
