Meeting held with Megan on the 20th May 2024. The advice and guidance provided by Megan during a one-hour meeting has provided my wife and I with a very clear direction on how our PPR can be paid off over the next 24 months. Additionally, a detailed timeline has been measured towards achieving this goal. This meeting has lifted are spirits on what can be achieved through advice provided by a very experience coach and further recognition was provided by Megan in relation to our achievements to date, as we plan the next journey towards finnalising our acquisition phase. Megan Wolfenden
Megan joined Positive Real Estate in 2019, bringing experience as both a property investor and business owner. She and her husband have invested across Australia and learned firsthand the importance of education, support and a clear long-term strategy.
With a real estate licence, a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and training through Ultimate Coach Pro, Megan combines practical property knowledge with strong coaching experience. She is also a two-time international bestselling author.
Megan helps clients stay focused when distractions arise, reconnect with why they started and keep moving towards greater financial security. She lives on the Gold Coast with her husband of 32 years, their two teenage sons and their Spoodle.
