Kanwar Dhillon is an investment property specialist with a real-estate career dating back to 2019, progressing from independent licensee to Property Consultant with Positive Real Estate NZ. She brings a strong operations pedigree from DHL—leading teams, training an SAP rollout, and driving audits and process improvements—which she now channels into clear, systems-driven advice for clients. Kanwar holds an NZ Diploma in Business (Level 6) and the NZ Certificate in Real Estate, has completed papers towards a Bachelor in Business Process Management, and is currently undertaking Certificate IV in Real Estate (VIC).
