Refund policy

30 Days Change of Mind: If you’re not completely satisfied with our Services as part of your Mentoring Program, you can request a refund in line with our 30 days change of mind, no questions asked guarantee.

Simply request a refund in writing and we will process this and return your payment using the same method you used to make your payment.

In addition, our services come with consumer guarantees that automatically apply under the Australian Consumer Law. (ACL)

Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer law.

If you believe your Mentoring Program fails to meet one or more of the ACL consumer guarantees then you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer law separate to our 30 days change of mind refund guarantee.
